Trade in old bike and just collected new bike today (7th Aug 2025). The whole process was smooth, nice, super patient while maintaining a good level of professionalism. Over my past 19 years of riding, this is one of the best service I've received from a bikeshop so far. It all started with just a phone call with Dyra and she handled the necessary and my requests promptly. Not forgetting on the various follow ups etc. Good job Dyra and this is exactly the difference between a good bikeshop and a better bikeshop, a good service and a better service.

I am absolutely appalled that this shop somehow has a 4.4 star rating. It is completely misleading and does not reflect the disgraceful level of service they provide. I purchased a used motorcycle from them and it turned out to be an absolute lemon, with constant issues from day one including a faulty clutch and gear system that made the bike borderline dangerous to ride.
I was told there was a one month warranty but that turned out to be a complete lie. When I brought the bike back to the workshop, nothing was done. No inspection, no repairs, just excuse after excuse. One time they kept the bike for three whole days without a single update or any action taken. The service was utterly negligent and unprofessional.
The salesman Delon was the one who handled my purchase. Let me be clear, he should not be trusted. He gave me all the assurances before the sale, but once the problems started, he completely disappeared. No follow up, no accountability, just empty promises and zero integrity. He was more interested in closing the sale than actually standing by the product or supporting the customer afterward.
This place is a scam in the making. They will gladly take your money and vanish the moment anything goes wrong. Their so called warranty means nothing and their customer service is absolutely disgraceful.
Avoid this shop at all costs. Do not fall for the fake ratings or smooth talking salesmen. This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating buying experiences I have ever had.

From zero to ten, this bike purchase experience was absolutely perfect!
I started with zero knowledge, but from choosing the bike to installing accessories (top box and phone holder), everything was smooth and well-handled by the boss, Vic Loh. Big shoutout to Botak and Fitri—super friendly and professional guys who made the whole process fast and easy.
What stood out the most was the trust I felt throughout. They explained everything clearly, were patient, and made sure the job was done right. Even gave the bike a nice clean-up—it felt amazing to ride out on it.
If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled motorcycle shop, I highly recommend this place!
