His product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time I ask him before deciding to buy. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

Big shoutout to Vipin aka Salaar — hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve come across! He’s not just any local bike guy; he’s a trained Royal Enfield mechanic, and you can really tell the difference in his work.
Took my Royal Enfield to him after struggling with some persistent issues that others couldn’t seem to fix properly. Vipin diagnosed it in no time and had it running like new. Super smooth, no weird noises, and the ride feels better than ever.
What I really appreciate is his attention to detail and the fact that he explains things in a way that actually makes sense. No nonsense, no overcharging — just solid, skilled work from someone who clearly loves what he does.
If your RE (or any bike, honestly) needs proper care, Salaar is the man to go to. Highly recommended!

David is THE man to look for if you’re looking for someone to take care of the A to Z for you, his genuine and sincerity is part of his service that comes without asking. We met certain hiccups along the way but he was always quick to resolve issues and always picks up the phone, no questions asked. Does everything perfectly smooth for you to ensure you don’t have a single thing else to worry about.

Had a great experience purchasing my Classic 350 from David, Mitchell and team! They were friendly and patient with my questions, which helped me make a more informed decision. Plus they threw in a couple of extras; small gestures and much appreciated.

I have read both negative and positive comments about their after sales service. I am pretty sure not all comments are fair as relationship works both ways. If you are kind and polite to others, u be returned the same.
I am given 6 months warranty so I will feedback on their service again in future.
But as on now,I like to compliment David, who attended to me in regards to my trade in. He was very attentive and transparent about the sale. Very friendly and easy going, anything can be discussed. Just 30 min of what seemed to be a casual chat, I decided to close the deal with him.
And of course I bought 2 bikes at one go from him!
He carried out what was being agreed and replied to my queries promptly.
Everything was being followed up closely and I was totally impressed by the high level of service by him.
