I purchased the bike from them last year. Had a bad experience. I was shown the picture of a different bike (which looked actually new) but when i went to the shop, they registered a different bike (another chassis number) for me. And when i complained about it, i was told that they can't do anything now and they were rude about it. The bike had a few scratches over the meter and i wasn't satisfied and happy buying a new bike.
Few months later, my battery was discharged and i came to the shop to get it charged. They charged it for me for 2 hours and they took 2$ for it, but when i came back home and connected it, it was at 0%. They told me that the battery is spoiled and to buy a new one from them. Later, i got it charged from another place and it's been a year and i am still using that battery and it's working fine. They didn't even bother to check whether the battery is charged or not, such basic stuff.
Horrible experience overall.

When you take a loan here at stated interest, they will give you a monthly payable amount for duration.
take the monthly payable and duration, and recalculate the interest rate chargeable YOURSELF, if you dont know how to calculate, bring it to someone who has some background in finance math.
The actual chargeable interest rate of the loan is usually about 4-5 times greater than the interest rate quoted by the shop. The mechanics doesn't really know how to calculate, but somehow he knows how to punch the calculator to charge you 28%/year interest rate while quoting you 7%/year.

See those thing that i post in the pic actually i did not req for it instead he gv it all for FREE !!! (mayb is to recover my long w8ting time spending xD..almost took me a month to get my new toy omg unbelievable !! ) But anyways he is still deserve my commended !! His knowledge and patient can proved how good he is as a seller !! So his name is Ah Zhong !!!!

Dishonest, last min markup when you are about to buy.
Promised servicing and check through but motorcycle couldn't start and had to change battery when collecting the bike.
Battery cost is charged on me.
Poor mechanic work when they installed the rack for me. I.E one side was partially damaged and you could see the bike's fairing gap more than the other side.
Following week, found that the motorcycle was way hotter than the ones I ride before and I did servicing and checks with another shop where I found that the coolant is empty.
