Beware of PAC Dealer – Terrible Experience with Second-Hand Bikes! I purchased an Aerox bike from PAC in August 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I first bought the bike, the condition seemed decent, as expected for a second-hand purchase. However, after the purchase, things quickly went downhill. Every single month, a new part of the bike started failing. I’ve had to repair the bike multiple times on my own, accepting that some parts might be worn out due to its second-hand nature. But the real issue started in the 4th month when my bike suddenly stalled in the middle of the expressway – a situation that nearly cost me my life. The motor coil had burned out. Fortunately, I managed to get the bike safely off the road and fix it myself, replacing the motor coil with a new one. Things didn’t end there. The following month, my bike stalled again, and this time, it was the CVT that had failed. Frustrated and concerned about my safety, I reached out to the dealer, hoping for some support. Instead of offering any assistance, PAC's owner demanded $150 just to open the bike and assess the issue. And this was after I had purchased the bike from him – within a 5-month window! No support, no accountability for the multiple issues that were arising with the bike. To make matters worse, I’ve already spent $3,000 on repairs alone, on top of the $7,000 I paid for the bike. That’s right – I ended up paying more than double the bike's price just to keep it running. And still, every time I contact PAC, he asks for more money instead of offering any real help. It’s clear that PAC doesn’t check the condition of the bikes or the spare parts before selling them. They are irresponsible when it comes to ensuring the bikes are in proper working condition. I strongly advise against buying any second-hand bikes from this dealer. The lack of customer care, combined with the constant mechanical failures, has made this experience incredibly frustrating and dangerous. Do yourself a favor – avoid PAC at all costs if you value your safety, your time, and your hard-earned money. This dealer does not stand by their products and will leave you high and dry when things go wrong.
