Purchased Nvan from MCT Trader during Year 2022, Oct. Initially called up Mr Kelvin on enquiries and he was prompt to answer the call even he's overseas. We decided to go down their office immediately and they were willing accommodate to us at the last minute. It was 5-6pm yet they understand our urgency and willing to go the extra mile to meet us even if it meant to end work late. Susan was the one meeting us and has been very helpful in providing her expert advices and so, we managed to get hold of the vehicle before COE increased in Nov. Even after-sales, Susan(and her team), and Uncle Chong(servicing staff) have been very helpful in handling our servicing and knowledgeable, advised us what to change and what not to change yet. Therefore you don't have to spend unnecessarily too. Even after warranty period I'll still come back for their servicing 👍🏻 Usually I see most other places only will cater a specific category.They not only dealing with commercial vans, but also other vehicle types and rentals. Truly a one-stop solution for vehicles. Their prices are reasonable & affordable too that I've also referred my friends here.

I have been with MCT since 2008. I bought my second hand kangoo van there. Fast forward 16 years . I now own a brand new Toyota hi ace , just 3 years loan. The boss kelvin and one of his oldest serving staff Susan helped me a lot. It was not an easy journey for me back in 2017 I had some financial difficulties, they were so kind and understanding to assist me and give me time to settle my instalments. With boss Kelvin’s advice I managed to get a brand new van. For past 2 years I am paying on time and if I need any help regarding my van. They even reply after working hours.
