Guan Hoe Cheong is the distributor of Keeway Motorcycles, ZongShen Motorcycles and Hyosung Motorcycles.
We deal with Hire purchase financing for all Used & New motorcycles, Insurance, renewal of road tax, accident claim, import and export of motorcycles, repairs and maintenance, towing service, Motorcycle rental and GHC VIP membership.

Zero customer service! Just don’t go to this works
Zero customer service! Just don’t go to this workshop! They ask you what’s the problem and just attend to it. I left my bike for 3-4 days, but they just repaired to resolve only the issues which I had shared. They did not even check the basics of bike safety before handing it back to me - my bikes breaks were failing and I missed getting into an accident. All this after spending more than $400 for a Keeway bike! actually they expect you to be the expert and tell them what to do. Just not reliable!

Bought a 2nd hand SYM bike there,
Mr Cheong was patient and approachable with questions and doubts.
Had some issues with finance sourcing,
He gave a few recommendations for financial aids.
Everything was transparent.
no hidden fees.
He wasn't hard selling me the bike,
Upon inspection during collection,
I told him that the brake pads, front brake lever had issues,
he immediately rectified with no questions asked.
As he said,
The bike came with a one month warranty,
had some issues with the fuel pump
that very night,
rode back down the next day and brought up the issue to him,
he then immediately ordered the parts and
replaced the fuel pump
and that was also i noticed my side mirror was broken,
again he replaced the mirror with no question asked.
I did read the reviews of some regarding this shop,
had my doubts to purchase a bike there at first
but upon our conversations i felt assured with
Mr Cheong.
this is not the first time i bought a bike.
had a few before back then from other shops
where the salesman or boss promised the stars and moon but when a problem arise from the bike,
all of a sudden it's not their problem
and i not once had any of these kind of issues at GHC.
If you have the patience and understanding,
i would recommend this shop
but if you dont,
then stay away.

My recent purchase transaction a second hand bike was very smooth. As a new rider on the road and getting a relatively old bike, the shop's mechanics ensured everything is in good condition. All thanks to Mr. David (the owner) who has been very friendly and professional is his dealing and has provided me an amazing after sales support. Highly recommend to pay the shop a visit and have a chat with them, it has been worthwhile for me.

Alhamdulillah... so far, ever since the subsequent servicing, my bike is in topnotch condition and I dare to say it's like riding a week old machine.
FYI, prior to my scheduled servicing with you, I had this bike checked with one mechanic whom I know for years, and he had a strong suspicion that the cause may be due to the Starter.
He declined to talk further and advised me to get back to you for thorough diagnosis.
As of now, no matter what the cost maybe, I'd still rely on Guan Hoe for as long the bike is around, or vice versa.
I think throughout my years of owning bikes, this was the most costliest I ever spent just on repairs.
So not to worry, you'd still see me again for my next servicing, perhaps in the next few months to come...In Shaa Allah.
