A big thank you to Dominick for his outstanding service! As someone new to this, I truly appreciated his patience and helpfulness. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended the perfect motorcycle for me.
Throughout the entire process, he guided me step by step, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dominick if you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly agent!

1) i got a 2024 Dec tmax 560 . I rode for 5 months ,which I pay about $33000 brand new from another bike shop.with full akra system
I ask what the best price for them to take in the bike or trade for xadv750
I was offered $22000 hahahahahahaha
I laughing so hard . I double
Check and they say they need to make some profit ?? Some profit.
6 month old bike loss 10k if trade in or sell to them . What nonsense.
2) last time I spend almost $2k to do servicing for my gsa with change of new Tyre .
I had an accident during my trip and insurance company want a proof of receipt that I change new Tyre .
I approach the person that change and service my bike , he told me the boss does not want to provide me any invoice for my claim ?
I asking for photo copy also cannot .
In the end I had to dispute with the insurance company without any invoice
( less then 1 month after my accident .)
No friendly
No after sales service
Attitude problem
Lousy pricing or want to chop and cut people deep deep.
Go at your own risk

I bought this bike on 2021 and the salesmen suggest to spray paint. I waited for almost a month to get spray paint and this is what I get. The tank has bubbles. I assume that they never sand it properly. Not only that, a lot of the bike I need to change myself such as front break disc, brake pad, exhaust, throttle body etc. The salesmen also did not mention anything about the bike like which parts that need to change. I am really frustated and disappointed of what I experience and I need to fork out a lot of money to replace the parts.

Thanks to Dominick and his colleagues for perfect support! It’s a pleasure to discuss ups and down about certain bikes with Dominick who shares honest opinions based on sound knowledge. Something rare these days. Ended up buying a little sister for my K1600
