1) i got a 2024 Dec tmax 560 . I rode for 5 months

6 month old bike loss 10k if trade in or sell to them . What nonsense.
2) last time I spend almost $2k to do servicing for my gsa with change of new Tyre .
I had an accident during my trip and insurance company want a proof of receipt that I change new Tyre .
I approach the person that change and service my bike , he told me the boss does not want to provide me any invoice for my claim ?
I asking for photo copy also cannot .
In the end I had to dispute with the insurance company without any invoice
( less then 1 month after my accident .)
No friendly
No after sales service
Attitude problem

I bought this bike on 2021 and the salesmen sugges
I bought this bike on 2021 and the salesmen suggest to spray paint. I waited for almost a month to get spray paint and this is what I get. The tank has bubbles. I assume that they never sand it properly. Not only that, a lot of the bike I need to change myself such as front break disc, brake pad, exhaust, throttle body etc. The salesmen also did not mention anything about the bike like which parts that need to change. I am really frustated and disappointed of what I experience and I need to fork out a lot of money to replace the parts.
