Recently, due to lack of experience, I got myself into an accident XD and was looking for help and advice on what to do to fix up the bike. I recalled that Roy told me that I can find him if I need anything, and that's what I did. I came to him with my issues and questions, and he handled them super clearly and transparently. He understood my situation and took my bike to reliable people that he, himself, could trust to get the best deal. Super helpful for newer riders who's completely blur on what to do.
