Southern Motor Terms & Condition:
Terms and Conditions for SGBM Platform Rental.
Every individual rental motorcycle is under insurance coverage for personal/food delivery services.
Vehicle Collection Timing
Collection Timing : 1000Hrs
Return Timing: 1800Hrs
Individual Rental Requirement
-Original NRIC, Passport or Foreign identity card must be produced.
-Minimum age required: 18 years or older.
-Valid driving license/International Driving license/ Foreign Driving licence.
Rental Rates / Rental Extension/
Rates quoted are in Singapore currency and includes insurance, maintenance and unlimited mileage.
Each excess hour is charge at one-fifth of the daily rate.

Security Deposit
Deposit will be refunded to Renter, 14 days after the end of rental period for any offset of repairs, fines or summons (if any) incurred by the Renter during rental period.

Probation Plate
Renter needs to inform the Owner that he/she is still under probation period. Rental bikes that is not provided with P-plate, Renter have the option to purchase or bring their own P-Plate.

Maintenance / Replacement of vehicle / Towing
Owner will provide the maintenance to their fleet of rental bikes.
Any forms of repairs, owner may issue a replacement vehicle at the Owner’s discretion and availability of a replacement vehicle for repair of more than 1 working day.

Replacement Vehicle
Please note that the image display and vehicle specifications only depict an example illustration of the vehicle category (errors excepted). A reservation is only made for a vehicle category, but not for a particular vehicle.
If the booking model is not available upon the date of collection, we have the right to offer a different model with the same category class.
Early Return
Rental charges paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
