The Zontes ZT703-F Blends 96 HP Triple Power With Adventure Capability And Premium Technology. Future Design And Specification Of The Bike May Differ.

The Zontes ZT703-F arrives with an ambitious goal: to bring strong performance, genuine adventure hardware and an unusually extensive equipment package into the middleweight touring category. Priced in the UK at £6,999 plus OTR, the motorcycle is built around a two-piece aluminium frame and combines a 699cc three-cylinder engine with long-travel Marzocchi suspension, 21-inch and 18-inch cross-spoke wheels and a large 22-litre fuel tank. Zontes has also loaded the bike with technology normally associated with considerably more expensive adventure machines, including cameras, traction control, selectable riding modes, navigation capability and keyless operation. With an 845 mm seat height, 205 mm ground clearance and 236 kg curb weight, the ZT703-F is clearly designed as more than a road-biased tourer, offering the dimensions and equipment needed to explore well beyond smooth tarmac.

699cc Triple Engine Delivers 96 HP and 76 Nm of Torque

Power comes from Zontes' own 699cc inline three-cylinder DOHC engine, which uses a 70 x 60.6 mm bore and stroke, 13.0:1 compression ratio and water-and-oil cooling. It produces 96 bhp at 10,000 rpm and 76 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm, giving the ZT703-F substantial performance for long-distance touring and more spirited riding. Zontes says the engine incorporates forged pistons, Diamond-Like Carbon treatment on internal components, cylinders integrated into the upper crankcase, a balance shaft and a 120-degree crankshaft, with the long-stroke configuration intended to balance smoothness and consistent torque delivery. A slipper clutch works with a six-speed gearbox, while an upshift quickshifter allows clutchless upward gear changes. Final drive is through a 525 chain, and the engine meets Euro 5+ requirements.

Marzocchi Suspension and 21-Inch Wheels Prepare It for Adventure

Underneath the angular adventure bodywork is a double aluminium beam frame, accompanied by a removable subframe and double-sided aluminium swingarm. Suspension is supplied by Marzocchi, with a fully adjustable 43 mm inverted fork offering 180 mm of travel and a fully adjustable rear monoshock with a separate reservoir, also providing 180 mm of travel. The ZT703-F rolls on tubeless cross-spoke wheels measuring 21 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear, fitted with Michelin Anakee Adventure tyres in 90/90-21 and 150/70-18 sizes. Braking is handled by twin 310 mm semi-floating front discs with J.Juan four-piston radial calipers and a radial master cylinder, while the rear receives a 265 mm disc. ABS is fitted, with the ability to disengage it at the rear wheel for off-road riding.

Huge Technology Package Makes the ZT703-F Stand Out

Equipment is arguably where the ZT703-F makes its strongest statement. The cockpit features a 6.75-inch tilt-adjustable TFT display with connectivity, navigation via mirroring, riding modes and traction control, while the windscreen is electrically adjustable. Riders also get heated grips, handguards, a centre stand, Osram LED lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging, tyre pressure and temperature monitoring, a lithium battery and keyless operation that extends to the fuel cap. Even more unusual are front and rear Full HD cameras with 128 GB of internal storage, giving the bike an integrated recording system straight from the factory. Zontes also provides app management, a skid plate and practical side storage, while the 22-litre tank adds useful touring range. At launch, Zontes UK also advertises an optional £999 accessory package, ordered with the motorcycle, containing three-piece luggage, full crash bars and additional desert lights.

A Feature-Packed Triple Ready to Challenge the Adventure Establishment

The Zontes ZT703-F brings together an impressive amount of hardware for its £6,999 plus OTR UK price. Its 699cc triple producing 96 bhp and 76 Nm, six-speed transmission, aluminium chassis, fully adjustable Marzocchi suspension, J.Juan radial brakes and 21/18-inch tubeless cross-spoke wheels give it a serious mechanical foundation, while the huge electronics package pushes the specification even further. The 845 mm seat, 205 mm ground clearance, 22-litre tank and 236 kg curb weight reinforce its long-distance adventure intentions rather than positioning it as merely an adventure-styled road bike. Add features such as dual cameras, adjustable TFT display, traction control, switchable rear ABS, heated grips and an electric windscreen, and the ZT703-F becomes one of Zontes' most ambitious motorcycles yet—a middleweight adventure tourer clearly built to challenge expectations about how much performance, technology and equipment riders should get for the money.
