What's Up Their Sleeves? Harley-Davidson Keeps us Guessing on Why They Want to Trademark "The Bronx"
Is there a new Harley-Davidson model in the making? It seems like it as reports have come in that the renowned motorcycle manufacturer has just filed for two applications to trademark the New York City borough, The Bronx, for possibly a new make.

The names “Bronx” and “Harley-Davidson Bronx” were applied for trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (UPTO) on December 8, intended to be used on “motorcycles and structural parts thereof”. This means that we really might get a new model pretty soon.

Could there be a correlation with the Yankees, The Bronx being its home field? Certainly, it will be a part of the 100 new models the Motor Company is targeting to produce over the next decade.
Some speculation has already risen, with some thinking it could be a “muscular-looking cruiser” because of the tough and urban environment The Bronx represents.
However, until the USPTO finishes vetting the applications (which may take some time), we will just have to wait for the Bronx-like motorcycle that may or may not be called the “Harley-Davidson Bronx”.
