Want To See The Evolution of Motorcycles? Get Your Tickets For Quail Motorcycle Gathering’s 10th year anniversary
It is 2018, which means it will be the Quail Motorcycle Gathering’s 10th year anniversary on May 5. Presented by GEICO Motorcycle, the Peninsula Hotels’ Signature Motoring event will be having three special classes as well as an array of other activities for the hardcore riders and casual fans alike.

The gathering celebrates the ‘Evolution of the Motorcycle’, honoring both pre- and post-war eras of the world’s finest sports and racing bikes. Contemporary and classic Café Racers will be displayed beside a new class of Electric Motorcycles so those in attendance can appreciate the similarities and differences of the two different types of builds.
Additionally, the private collection of Arlen Ness, who is known for his acclaimed custom-designed motorcycles, will also be featured at the event. Other classes exhibited are: American, British, Italian, Other European, Japanese, Competition On Road, Competition Off Road, Antique, Custom/Modified, and Extraordinary Bicycles and Scooters Class. Additional classes are to be announced.

“The Quail Motorcycle Gathering is proud to present these new special classes for our 2018 show,” said Gordon McCall, Director of Motorsports for The Peninsula Signature Events. “We love the idea of featuring bikes that not only pay homage to the timeless purity of motorcycling, but also give insight into the future of the motorcycle industry.
“We are also thrilled to feature some of the wildest bikes ever built straight from the minds – and collection – of the Ness family, who are legends both in the bike world and here in Northern California.”

The event will be held at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel, California, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. With live entertainment, local wineries and breweries, and lifestyle vendors, you will not have a single moment of boredom.
Tickets are inclusive of lunch, parking, and a gear valet service, and can be purchased online.
