TT Isle of Man: ‘Ride on the Edge’ Video Game Available On PC, PS4, and Xbox One by March 2018
“This is the moment you've been waiting for. This is your moment. This is... the Isle of Man TT.”

The TT Isle of Man console game was scheduled to be released last month but has been pushed back to March 2018 for “a little more time” and definitely more fine-tuning as, according to the Game team, “the current game is not in line with our expectations”.
Despite being “very satisfied” with what they have worked on so far, including the famously thrilling Snaefell Mountain Course that is “the perfect replica” of the its actual counterpart, they will be taking the next three months to “improve all aspects of the game”.
The ‘TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge’ is being developed by Bigben Interactive with some help from Kylotonn Games and slated to be made available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
On the partnership between Bigben Interactive and the Isle of Man Government, Benoît Clerc, Head of Software for Bigben Interactive, said it represented an opportunity to to broaden the event’s appeal to a wider, younger demographic working alongside a world class partner in the gaming world.”

Watch Video:
In a recent Facebook post by the Game team, as a way to placate anticipating fans is our guess, they released a rather anti-climactic video game teaser of the Ride on the Edge with sweeping landscape shots and a first-person POV, ending on a tribute to Notts motorcyclist Daniel Hegarty who recently passed away, as well as “all those we’ve lost and gave everything to their passion for motorcycle racing”.

In the teaser, the female narrator calls for the brave, fearless, and bold seeking out their destiny while reassuring, “You are not alone here.” They have hit the nail on the head as we, all of us, who can only dream of riding the Snaefell Mountain Course at top speed, wait for the release of this video game that will release us from our own tightly-held passions to be part of the world’s ultimate road race.
