Triumph Motorcycles has once again reinforced its commitment to one of the world's most meaningful motorcycle events by supporting the continued global growth of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) 2026. As the event's Global Motorcycle Partner since 2014, Triumph continues to unite riders through a shared passion for classic motorcycles while raising awareness and funds for men's mental health and prostate cancer research in partnership with Movember. The 2026 edition became the biggest in the event's history, bringing together 123,600 riders across 1,071 rides in 109 countries, while raising an impressive US$7.53 million. Since its launch in 2012, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has now generated more than US$68 million for men's health initiatives worldwide.

Triumph Riders Lead the Way in a Record-Breaking Global Event
Triumph owners once again formed the largest single manufacturer group participating in the ride, with 26,850 Triumph riders taking part globally and collectively raising a record US$2.4 million for Movember. More than 500 riders also joined Team Triumph, bringing together owners and enthusiasts from around the world while strengthening the sense of community that has become synonymous with the DGR. Triumph's continued involvement extends beyond sponsorship, with dealer activations, fundraising incentives, exclusive apparel collaborations and global rider engagement helping make the annual event larger and more successful every year. The achievement also marks Triumph's 13th consecutive year supporting the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, highlighting the brand's long-term commitment to using motorcycling as a force for good.
A One-Off Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer DGR Edition
One of the biggest highlights of the 2026 Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was the presentation of a unique Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer DGR Edition. Awarded to Michael Swanwick from Derbyshire, United Kingdom, as the recipient of the prestigious Gentlefolk Prize, the motorcycle celebrates his outstanding contribution to fundraising, participation and community engagement. Based on Triumph's acclaimed Speed Twin 1200, the custom motorcycle features the model's 1,200 cc Bonneville parallel-twin engine, producing 105 hp and 112 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox for effortless performance. The one-off DGR Edition is distinguished by a bespoke Harris Tweed seat, exclusive 15 Years of Dapper anniversary graphics, a numbered race-style side panel and a certificate of authenticity, making it a truly one-of-a-kind collector's motorcycle that perfectly captures the spirit of the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.

Recognising the Riders Who Made the Biggest Difference
Beyond celebrating participation, Triumph and the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride also honoured the event's highest fundraisers. Johnny Scheff from Chicago, USA, became the Top Global Fundraiser, raising US$85,154 and receiving a Triumph Bonneville T120 as his reward. Joseph Mancinelli from Canada secured second place after raising US$64,479, earning the opportunity to select a motorcycle from Triumph's Modern Classic range for charity auction, allowing even more funds to be generated. Christopher Minks from New Jersey completed the top three with US$62,117, receiving a Triumph Scrambler 900. These awards recognise not only fundraising achievements but also the dedication of riders who continue using their passion for motorcycling to support important men's health causes.
