The new Indian Scout Bobber is sexy and sleek in black, red, bronze and sliver

Less is more with the new knock-out and blacked-out Scout Bobber by the American brand, Indian Motorcycle Manufacturing Company, based in Springfield, Massachusetts and was later purchased by Polaris Industries in 2011, home of the Slingshot, snowmobiles, four-wheel off-roaders and GEM electric cars.

Cast in an aluminium spine, the Indian has an 1133cc 8v V-twin engine with 94bhp and 72ftlb torque. And with a tank capacity of 12 litres, cartridge forks and expertly-tuned front suspension, you will experience the smoothest ride of your life.

Rear suspension travel was reduced by 26mm while the foot pegs were moved 38mm closer to the rider for a quality position while riding. Easily accessible, its low height makes it easier for you to mount it as well as get your feet down when you’re stopped; the clutch, gearbox, and throttle are all lightweight for an easier operation. Its aggressive, knobby tire does its job well as it doesn’t lack grip or blunt the steering so you need not worry when you’re riding on wet, slippery roads.

Sleek like a black panther, the Thunder Black Scout Bobber’s frame, exhaust, front headlight nacelle, handlebars, mirrors and digital analogue has a sexy black satin finish.

The Indian Scout Bobber is now available in colours black, red, bronze and silver.
