This videogame gives players the opportunity to take part in one of the most competitive and high profile off-road motorcycle racing championship in the world. If you can’t race in real life, playing the video game will just have to do.You will never experience another case of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) ever again as the uncanny representation of the Supercross in this game is off the charts. Thanks to a new 3D Scanning System, the riders’ facial features are sharper and cleaner, while the Photogrammetric system offers an authentic reproduction of the most prestigious stadiums.
What can be expected are photorealistic graphics, pyrotechnical effects, and cut-scenes that takes you right into the realm of the Monster Energy Supercross.
Also featured are the athletes from both the 250SX and 450SX classes like Ken Roczen and reigning champion Ryan Dungey.
There are both Offline and Online game modes at hand. Playing Offline will allow a player to play a Single Event or the Official Championship race, or a player can also choose the Career option to win races and move up the ranks with the 250SX and 450SX racers. Meanwhile, Time Attack will challenge a player and test his or her limits with, you guessed it, a timer.Playing Online, however, one only gets to play two modes – Single Event and Custom Championship, the latter allowing a player to challenge his or her friends in a customized championship.
One plus for playing Online, though, is that you can have your whole crew over to hang out and chill as there is a maximum of 12 players allowed to play at one time. Get some snacks and beverages, get a good bet going, and you’re set to go!
Standard Edition of Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame is available for PlayStation4 and Xbox One at $59.99 while the Special Edition, including Full Game and Season Pass, is $69.99. The game for Windows PC/STEAM is available at $49.99 and for Nintendo Switch at $59.99.
