Rev’It’s New Traction Jacket Gains Traction Among Motorcyclists
This motorcycle jacket is a rare full-mesh offering 100% ventilation, which makes it perfect for hot weather. Rev’It themselves have stated that this jacket, being “part city, part sport, pure performance” is “perfect for wherever the summer roads may take you.”

Constructed out of ultra-strong PWR | mesh fabric, the Traction jacket provides both strength and safety. This particular fabric is innovated by the company itself and is apparently so strong it holds up under extreme impact and abrasion testing.
The detachable membrane also prevents the material from sticking to the rider’s skin. This maximizes comfort and protects the rider against elements, allowing for warmth and dryness when needed.
Furthermore, the waterproof hydratex | G-liner coating is applied to the inside of the jacket’s lining for a basic level of all-weather protection, with the seams taped to ensure water-resistance.
Protection is enhanced through a SEESMART back protector insert at the shoulder. The back-protector pocket in the traction jacket is tailor-made to accommodate the protector insert, maximizing protection.
Other features include knitted cuffs and collar at outer jacket, adjustment tabs and ventilation panels.
The Rev’It Traction jacket has two fits - race fit and regular, and is available in black, black/white and dark green.
