Aboard his trusty two-wheeled vehicle, he rides his motorcycle into the mountains for some alone time, admitting that the solitude on the quiet roads is like a type of meditation to him.

In an interview with Men’s Journal Magazine, he said: “My Triumph Thruxton 1200 R is my escape. It harks back to what they call cafe racers. It has this ‘50s look, yet it’s very modern, with a lot of torque and amazing engineering. We live in Spain part of the year, and I ride in the mountains on Sunday afternoons. It’s my meditation.”

Fiennes himself is an English film and stage actor hailing from Salisbury. He comes from a star-studded family background - his brother Ralph Fiennes is also an actor, while his nephew Hero Fiennes-Tiffin took part in the overwhelmingly popular movie franchise Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as young antagonist Tom Riddle (or Lord Voldemort, for those who are not too familiar with the series).

He is most known for his portrayal of Shakespeare in the movie ‘Shakespeare in Love’ and his roles in the second season of television series ‘American Horror Story’ and ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, which is currently airing.

The motorcycle in question gives an incredible 1200cc high power performance on the roads and also has rider-focused technical capability. Equipped to the highest specification with a fully engaged rider position kicked-up back end, smaller diameter grips and a higher specification of equipment all round, the Thruxton has the perfect balance of breathtaking style and thrilling performance.

The Thruxton 1200 R comes in the colour schemes of Silver Ice (pictured above), Crystal White, Diablo Red and Matte Black.
