Harley-Davidson Offers Wider Range of Retro-Styled Open-Faced Helmets

The Harley-Davidson Riding Gear Apparel line has added a couple new helmets to their deck. Snazzy and comfortable with a retro flair, riders will be able to experience a quality riding experience in them.

Harley-Davidson Vintage Stripe B06 Full-Face Helmet:

 

The Vintage Stripe offers full protection with a low-profile design and vintage look; painted with classic race-inspired stripes in bold team colours, it also serves as added visibility.

The helmet also features magnetic, UV-protected, anti-scratch shield closure and contoured cheek pads with built-in speaker pockets for a comfortable fit.

Five metal mesh intake vents and one rear vent are integrated for a streamlined look and maximum air-flow delivery.

Its antibacterial liner is removable and washable with a perforated micro-suede interior, leather trim and 3D-cut cheek pads with speaker pockets.

Convertible Helmet:

 

This new 2-in-1 helmet has the ability to convert from full-face to open-face, as pictured. Weighing in at 1.4 kg, the thermoplastic helmet is made by Scorpion and has a double D-ring chin strap, top vent and perforations in the face mask.

It features a retractable sun shield with 95% UV protection and anti-fog coating.

The moisture-wicking, antimicrobial liner is removable and washable.

 

Retro Flame B01 Open-Face Bell Helmet:

 

Despite the helmet’s design being somewhat reminiscent of a ladybug, it does not lose out on protection standards either, which is really the main point of a helmet, right?

This 1.2 kg low-profile fiberglass helmet features retro flame graphics inspired by the Wide Glide motorcycle tank graphics.

 

 

Mason’s Yard Sun Shield S05 ¾ Helmet:

 

Ideal for the avid rider, this ¾ helmet sports a sporty look with a matte colour block design. It is designed to fit Harley-Davidson helmet headsets and also includes a retractable, anti-scratch sun shield.

The inner liner and cheek pads are removable, washable and antimicrobial to “keep the feel as fresh as the look.”

 

Cherohala B01 ¾ Helmet:

 

This helmet features a classic retro silhouette and all of them will have new custom distressed graphics that are unique to each and every helmet.

The Cherola also comes equipped with a distressed cowhide leather trim, snaps for shields and visors and a back-goggle strap.

All helmets are DOT approved, which means they are of a safety standard that should offer about the same level of protection as one approved by PSB.
