Grannies gets on Goldwing for charity

Posted On : 10-07-2014

In England, more to 40 grandmothers with their leather jackets climb up onto a Honda Goldwing to speed through the countryside for Brainwave, a charity to help children with difficulties.

This event started off with 50 motorcycles and 50 grannies, aging from 39, the youngest and 91, the oldest. There are always spontaneous in such meaningful event and the only requirement is that every individual has got to be a grandma to be part of.

Event organizer, Kevin Wells and a rider said, "There's no training - we just throw them on the back. The bikes are so wide it's like sitting in an armchair.

They actually love it and literally queue up to have a ride on the Honda Goldwing. This experience actually takes them back to their young times again and at the same time do some charity.

We should gather up and do some meaningful charity to help the community like the British. Grandma! where are you?
