Another Auction? Bonhams Featuring Rare Collectors Motorcycles Next Year in Vegas
Are your bank accounts and cheques ready?
Calling all collectors and enthusiasts! This coming January 25, the Bonham’s Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction has something special in store that may or may not feature vintage Indian Motorcycle models, some Harleys and a little bit of Excelsior.

Held at the Rio Hotel & Casino, the auction will offer an “outstanding variety of rare collectors motorcycles”. To complement the headlining models like the Vincent, Brough Superior, Ducati and MV Agusta from Britain and Italy is the New England collection of Indian, Harley-Davidson, Henderson and Excelsior.
“There are some outstanding classic, vintage and pioneer examples already consigned,” said Bonhams’ Motorcycle Specialist, Andy Barrett. “We're looking forward to what promises to be another stellar sale."

Indeed, this particular auction is bound to be ultra-successful as it will represent a few crowd like the 1950 Rapide Series C Touring Model in its original Chinese Red (SGD 130,000 - 160,000), one of only 76 produced, as well as the sought-after Vincent, a 1950 Black Shadow Series C (SGD 150,000 - 180,000). Another English make, a 1962 Brough Superior SS80, will also be offered at the Bonhams auction.

Hailing from the United States is a 1938 Harley-Davidson EL Knucklehead “in original, unrestored, running condition” for about SGD 67,000 - 81,000; from Italy, a 1975 MV Agusta 750S America with four-into-four race exhausts and a tank autographed by John Surtees is auctioned off, coming from just two previous owners.
