American Billionaire John Paul Dejoria Owns Motorcycle that Runs on Tequila
If you step inside billionaire John Paul’s garage, you will be met with a dazzling array of high-end vehicles, including a $200,000 Ferrari and a customized $550,000 Lamborghini. However, the man himself prefers to ride on two wheels, as evidenced by his equally extravagant motorcycle collection.

The American entrepreneur is a self-made billionaire and philanthropist best known as the co-founder of haircare company John Paul Mitchell Systems and The Patron Spirits company. Once homeless, the 74-year old man now has a net worth of an estimated 3.4 billion, proving himself to literally be the epitome of the phrase “from rags to riches”.
On a recent episode of “Secret Lives of the Super Rich” by CNBC, he shared details on his motorcycle collection - including his favourite. Painted to look like green flames, the 2008-2009 Arlen Ness & Victory model is one of his favourite motorbikes for good reason. The machine was carefully modified so that it will be able to run on gasoline or Patron tequila.

How cool is that? Although, even the billionaire knows not to fill it all the way up with Patron, exclaiming that “That would be a very expensive fill!” Indeed, to get a full tank, that would be approximately $1592 (SGD) worth of tequila.

Another intriguing feature of the motorbike is the fact that when the brakes are activated, it lights up with the message “Powered by Patron”.

Some other motorcycles featured were the 2018 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse, described to be “really comfortable for long rides” as well as a 2004 Harley Davidson custom built for the billionaire.

Dejoria also owns a 2010 BMW-Sidecar model worth an estimated $20,000. This “fun” bike is painted to look like a shark fiercely baring its sharp teeth.
