After the success of the Spitfire released in February, British motorcycle manufacturer CCM is back with the Spitfire Flat Tracker
The Spitfire was met with resounding success after it was unveiled in London earlier this year in February. Even though there were only 150 units slated for production, a third of it were sold on the first day and all 150 were snagged within a week. In mid-2017, the Scrambler and Café Racer variants of the Spitfire were released too. Recently, the British motorcycle manufacturer has unveiled a third variant – the Flat Tracker.

The Flat Tracker is currently displayed at the Motorcycle Live Show in England and, unsurprisingly, selling like hot cakes. It boasts the same steel trellis frame and 600cc single-cylinder from the previous iterations of the bike. Various other features include CNC-machined alloy wheels, carbon fibre bodywork, and LED headlights. The inspiration for the bike is derived from early AMA flat trackers and CCM’s European championship bike.
Specification wise, it is claimed to dole out 55hp and 40lbft of torque. Only 250 units of the Flat Tracker will be produced. Availability in Singapore is unknown.
"It's been the star of the show for us, and so many people have said it's their bike of the show.”
"It's selling incredibly well. We've had about 80% of the sales at the show so far and if the sales carry on at this rate there won't be any left by the end. We expect the Flat Trackers to be ready by late spring."
