The 2027 Beta RR X-Pro Lineup Continues To Bridge The Gap Between Beginner-Friendly Trail Bikes And Full Competition Enduro Machines. Future Design And Specification Of The Bike May Differ.
Beta has officially unveiled the 2027 RR X-Pro Series, introducing comprehensive updates across its entire enduro lineup to deliver improved performance, comfort and versatility. Sitting between the beginner-friendly Xtrainer and the competition-focused RR Race models, the RR X-Pro range continues to target riders who want a capable, confidence-inspiring machine for everything from technical hard enduro to weekend trail riding. For 2027, Beta has refined nearly every aspect of the motorcycles, including new electronics for the four-stroke models, engine improvements for the two-strokes, revised suspension and numerous upgrades that enhance durability and rider comfort. The lineup consists of eight models: the 125, 200, 250 and 300 two-strokes, alongside the 350, 390, 430 and 480 four-strokes.

Advanced Electronics and More Capable Four Stroke Models
The biggest highlight of the 2027 RR X-Pro range is the introduction of advanced rider electronics on the 350, 390, 430 and 480 four-stroke models. For the first time, Beta equips these motorcycles with Launch Control, featuring five adjustable levels to maximise traction during starts by controlling torque delivery and reducing wheelspin or unwanted wheelies. Riders also benefit from a new Quick Shift system that enables seamless clutchless upshifts without rolling off the throttle, improving acceleration and maintaining momentum on demanding trails. These features join the existing two-level traction control and dual-engine map selector, all managed through a redesigned handlebar-mounted control panel. The four-stroke engines also receive a higher-output voltage regulator for improved charging efficiency, updated titanium valves with enhanced durability, and a redesigned fully mechanical timing chain tensioner that reduces internal friction while improving smoothness and starting reliability. Power comes from Beta's proven liquid-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engines in 349.1 cc, 385.6 cc, 430.9 cc and 477.5 cc capacities, all paired with a 6-speed transmission.
Refined Two Stroke Engines and Improved Suspension Performance
The 125, 200, 250 and 300 two-stroke models also receive significant mechanical improvements for 2027. The 250 and 300 benefit from updated crankshaft main bearings that reduce internal friction, delivering quicker throttle response and smoother engine operation. The 125 receives a redesigned piston to improve durability, reduce engine noise and minimise friction, while the 200 adopts a longer primary gear ratio derived from the RR Race model to strengthen the gearbox without sacrificing its lively power delivery. Across the entire lineup, Beta has refined its lightweight 48 mm Sachs SHC (Separate Hydraulic Chamber) front fork, with revised internal valving that improves small-bump absorption and overall ride comfort. The aluminium-bodied Sachs rear shock has also been updated with a tool-free external adjustment system, allowing riders to quickly fine-tune high- and low-speed damping without the need for tools. Combined with the 930 mm (36.6-inch) seat height, which remains lower than the RR Race models, the RR X-Pro continues to offer exceptional confidence in technical terrain.

Upgraded Equipment for Better Comfort and Durability
Beyond the engine and suspension updates, Beta has enhanced the RR X-Pro with a long list of practical improvements. Every model now features a heavier-duty chain guide, softer vibration-reducing grips, a larger and more readable Trailtech digital dashboard, and a redesigned LED headlight that produces a brighter beam while consuming less electrical power. The motorcycles also receive a redesigned front sprocket guard for improved protection, FlexFix silent-block handlebar mounts to reduce vibration, a factory-installed front recovery strap, race-proven Nissin braking systems, and an integrated coolant expansion tank to improve cooling performance. Two-stroke models continue to feature Beta's externally adjustable power valve system, while the 200, 250 and 300 retain their convenient electronic oil injection system, eliminating the need to premix fuel. These updates collectively improve comfort, reliability and ease of ownership, making the RR X-Pro even more versatile for riders of all experience levels.
Built for Every Enduro Adventure
The 2027 Beta RR X-Pro Series builds upon an already successful platform with meaningful upgrades that enhance performance without sacrificing the approachable nature that riders appreciate. From race-inspired electronics and refined engine internals to more comfortable suspension and practical everyday improvements, Beta has created an enduro lineup capable of tackling everything from technical single-track to extreme hard enduro events. With eight models, advanced technology, lower seat height, premium Sachs suspension and proven Nissin braking components, the RR X-Pro range continues to bridge the gap between beginner-friendly trail bikes and full competition machines. Expected to arrive in dealerships from August 2026, the new RR X-Pro lineup further strengthens Beta's reputation for producing versatile, rider-focused enduro motorcycles.
