17-Year-Old Motorcyclist Did Not Have a Valid Driver’s License, So He Drew One Himself

Posted On : 05-06-2018

What do you when you really want to ride a motorcycle but have not obtained your driver’s license yet?

Draw one yourself, of course!

In this ridiculous incident, this is exactly what the 17-year-old boy did. Taking place in SS15 Subang Jaya, Malaysia, the incident (along with pictures of the drawn license) quickly blew up on social media - having garnered almost 20,000 shares on Facebook and 3,000 retweets on Twitter.

The biker, who was riding a Yamaha 125Z motorcycle at that time, was intercepted by the police at 10 am.

And when asked for his driver’s license, the poor boy was only able to produce a badly (presumably) hand drawn one. But the fact that he seemed so calm and self-assured when he showed the police his ‘license’ just adds on to the humor of the situation.

Just look at the nonchalance on his face.

However, the police did not buy into his extremely legitimate and undoubtedly authentic license, and reportedly issued two summonses against the teenager following the lack of a driver’s license and the fact that the registration number did not follow the specifications set.

This incident actually happened two years ago in 2016, but due its sheer hilarity we’re bringing this back to light.

Hopefully, the teenager would have gotten his official license by now.

Still, we gotta applaud his guts, utter shamelessness and passion for riding.
