The CFMOTO 1000MT-X is the flagship adventure motorcycle of the MT series, engineered for heavy-duty exploration with performance derived from KTM’s LC8c engine platform. It is powered by a 946.2cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 112 hp and 105 Nm of torque, featuring a 270-degree crankshaft and a bi-directional quickshifter for high-performance power delivery. The bike is built on a high-strength Cr-Mo steel frame with a unique saddle-shaped 22.5-liter low-mounted fuel tank, which lowers the center of gravity to enhance stability and off-road maneuverability. High-end hardware includes fully adjustable 48 mm KYB upside-down forks and a rear monoshock providing up to 230 mm of travel, alongside Brembo brakes with 320 mm dual front discs and 21-inch front/18-inch rear spoked wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires. The technology suite is comprehensive, featuring an 8-inch portrait-oriented TFT touchscreen with smartphone connectivity, Bosch cornering ABS, traction control, and five riding modes (Standard, Rain, Off-road, All-terrain, and a customizable Master mode). Weighing 199 kg dry (approximately 222 kg curb), the 1000MT-X comes factory-equipped for long-distance expeditions with heated seats and grips, an adjustable windscreen, and a steering damper, positioning it as a direct competitor in the liter-class adventure segment.
