Unacceptable experience! Took over a week to collect my bike, and despite specifying issues to fix beforehand (including the cover set), I discovered a missing bolt in the triple clamp causing instability after just 2 weeks of riding. Worse, it was a major safety concern. Fixing it was a struggle, with endless 'collect tomorrow' promises. Poor team communication is a clear issue. Unprofessional, frustrating, and potentially reckless.

I visited Yew Hong Motor with no expectations and had the pleasure of meeting an incredibly friendly and awesome guy named Burger. Initially, I just wanted to inquire, but after chatting with him, I ended up buying a bike. From there, everything went smoothly, all the way to the collection day. Burger's character never disappointed, and I'm truly grateful for the excellent service. A big thank you to him and the team!

Bought a used Yamaha Aerox from Beng and couldn’t be happier with both the bike and the experience. Beng was transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish — no pushy sales talk, just honest advice and solid service. The Aerox was in great condition for a used bike, exactly as described.
There were some minor issues that came up after the purchase, but once I highlighted them, the team listened and got them sorted out quickly and professionally — no fuss at all. That kind of after-sales support really builds confidence. On top of that, the warranty provided with the bike gave me added peace of mind — it made buying a used unit feel much safer and more secure.
The workshop team was just as impressive — professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Everything from inspection to final handover was smooth and well-handled.
Here’s a bit of advice for future customers: no one’s perfect — mistakes can happen. But what really matters is how the shop responds when they do. In my case, they took my feedback seriously and acted on it immediately. That level of responsibility and care is what sets them apart.
What really stood out was the professionalism and passion Beng has for bikes — it shows in the way he handles customers and the way the shop is run. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable used bike and top-notch service. Will definitely return for future purchases or servicing needs!

Was looking for a new bike after a hiatus from riding, and I came across YHM while searching for bike shops. I was still apprehensive when I turned up at the showroom due to previous bad experiences with other bike shops, but then I met Zac, and my apprehensions were put to rest!
Zac was a really chill guy, informative and patient when I asked questions and tried out different bikes, but not pushy at any point in time. When I told him I wanted to take some time to make my decision, he did not even ask for my number but just gave me his and told me to drop him a text when I was ready!
Encouraged by the positive first experience and good value offered, I went ahead to confirm the bike and put down a deposit. Zac would update me throughout the process, and he continued to be patient and accommodating even when I asked him questions about adding on items for the bike and kept changing my mind. I was so indecisive I even changed the bike I wanted to get after putting down the deposit, and yet Zac remained understanding. His thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and initiative made all the difference in making my return to riding a positive experience.

I inquired about bike prices and managed to get a better deal at Yew Heng. I liaised with Burger, who was very responsive and prompt in his replies. Although the bike color I wanted was initially out of stock, Burger was able to expedite the process. I also encountered some issues with the guarantor, but Burger explained the situation clearly and offered helpful suggestions. Overall, my experience with Burger was excellent, and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a bike.

I’m currently working on getting my Class 2A license, and recently I visited Yew Heng Motorsports to explore my options for a new bike.
The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by them. Every salesperson I spoke to was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about motorcycles. They patiently answered all my questions and took the time to understand what kind of bike would suit me best. The service attitude was top-notch, and the environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming—perfect for someone making such an important decision.
After looking through several models and listening to their detailed explanations, one bike caught my attention: KTM 390 Duke. With their guidance, I felt confident in my choice, and by the end of my visit, I placed a deposit for the bike.
Now, I’m eagerly counting down the days until I can finally ride my new motorcycle. I can’t wait to hit the road on my KTM 390 Duke and begin this exciting new chapter.
