To Contain The Spread Of Covid-19, A Shield Barrier Proposed By Motorcycle Taxi Service Company

Angkas, the Philippines ridesharing and delivery service company, has proposed a backpack-like transparent barrier for their motorcycle users a couple of weeks back when their government banned all motorcycle taxis due to the virus.
As its now a requirement for their motorcycle taxi to have a safety barrier to combat the spread of COVID, the new design shield proposed by Angkas, is now approved by their National Task Force of Philippines.

To continue operating motocycle taxi under the new law, All motorcycle taxi service providers need to carry the newly modified barrier shield over his/her shoulders. This transparent shield will separate the rider and the passenger to prevent the spread of the virus.
To make this shield compulsory for strangers taking the taxi to make sense, but this shield thing also applies to couples. This area might seem illogical as commented by social media users.
Although Singapore doesn't allow motorcycle taxi, how do you find this shield if its also implemented here?
