New Titanium Grey Colour Scheme for Ducati’s 2019 SuperSport

Posted On : 25-06-2018

Ducati has announced their newest colour scheme for the SuperSport. Stylish in matt Titanium Grey fairing, it will be paired with red wheel rims and frame.

The new colour scheme is said to be a reinterpretation of the colours that characterised some of Ducati’s most iconic sports models in the past. Combining both a sporty style and elegant look, the SuperSport is vastly different from the traditional Ducati Red in terms of appearance, especially when looking at the extremely unique red of the frame and wheel rims.

According to the press release, the rear seat cover and plastic inserts decorating the side panniers will also be available in the same colour combination.

Featuring Öhlins suspension, Ducati Quick Shift up/down and rear seat cover, the SuperSport S will not only be available in matt grey, but in the traditional Ducati Red and the beloved Star White Silk with red wheel rims and frame as well. The price of the SuperSport range will also remain unchanged.

To those unfamiliar with the Ducati SuperSport, it is said to be a bike for those eager to ride sports-style on everyday roads. The motorcycle is fun and versatile with its Ducati sports styling, yet also comes equipped with some powerful engines to make the typical rider feel like a racer.

Powered by a 937 cm³ twin-cylinder Testastretta 11° engine, it delivers 110 HP and a full yet linear torque curve. But even the meanest of machines can also be easy to handle, thanks to the Ducati Safety Pack, which includes Bosch ABS and Ducati Traction Control.

For those looking forward to upgrading their bikes to a minimalistic-with-a-punch styled Titanium Grey colour scheme, the new design should be available from July onwards at Ducati stores.
