Designed and developed in Portland, Oregon, ICON was founded in 2002 with a burst of unabashed attitude and a heavy right wrist. ICON was created to address the modern performance rider who claimed the streets as their preferred hunting grounds.

Their products were designed to meet the individual needs of riders everywhere, and being ridedrs themselves, they understand what really goes on in motorcyclists’ heads and felt the pain of a hard crash. Hence, their firsthand knowledge really went a long way in designing and creating the very best safety apparel to protect riders whenever and however they can.

Airflite’s shell was constructed of injection molded polycarbonate and certified DOT and ECE standards. Integrated with the complex 3D molded shield, the oversized intake port provides riders with a huge field of vision. Even the flow of air can be controlled internally from the intake port to the shield with a simple two-way switch.

Like all ICON helmets the inner Drop Shield and outer shield are easily replaceable and available in a vast array of color and tint options.

Additionally, multiple intake and exhaust ports flow air throughout the helmet and the factory installed chin curtain keeps turbulence at bay. And with soft wicking Hydadary and layered molded foam materials fitted into the interior of the Airflite, comfort is guaranteed for long or short rides.

Thanks to surface mount interior components and molded recesses for speakers, you can install your preferred helmet communication system by yourself.

The Airflite is available In XS to 3XL in a medium oval head shape. From the simple Gloss helmets to the intricately-designed Good Fortune ones, prices range from $250 to $310 respectively.
