Barbara Custom Motorcycles is a French design firm that has come up with 35 extraordinarily futuristic designs, taking the aesthetics of bikes from brands like Kawasaki, BMW and Honda.
These concepts are barely hanging on the edge of reality and are practically teetering into fantasy. Think Mad Max: Fury Road and Tron: Legacy. They carry individual styles that have a seemingly sci-fi influence - the Husqvarna E ‘Ampulex Compressa’ looks as if it was inspired by the Lotus ‘C-01’; Triumph’s ‘Black Matter’ with its fuel tank and seamlessly-integrated seat looks straight out of Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner.
