18 Energica EgoGP bikes will be taking on the eCup with seven MotoGP independent teams such as Angel Nieto, Avintia, Gresini, LCR, Marc VDS, Pramac, and Tech 3 receiving two bikes each. The rest of the bikes will be given to Moto2 and Moto3 teams and Michelin will be the sole tire supplier.

Italy-based Enel is an Italian multinational manufacturer and distributor of electricity and gas and was founded by Livia and Franco Cevolini in 2014, employing 62,000 with an annual revenue of approximately $86 billion.
