Moto2 World Championship 2019 Bike Spearheaded By Triumph and Kalex

Posted On : 22-02-2018

Honda has served the world of Moto2 World Championship well. Alas, all good things come to an end and this year it will be Honda’s last time around the tracks. The intermediate grand prix series is ready to use the Triumph 765cc-three-cylinder engine starting 2019 and onwards.

The British motorcycle company has been making more of an effort to ingratiate itself in the racing community, one of which is very important as much is determined by the efficiency and quality of a chassis.

The first completed machine for the 2019 season is none other than a Kalex from a German specialty engineering company that designs, manufactures and sells high-performance parts for motorcycles.

Kalex has taken hold of much of racing seasons, from 2011 and 2013 to 2017, with a majority of bike entries being Kalex motorcycles.

Rather than the preponderance of a left-side exhaust as heard from the CBR600RR motor, a ride-side exhaust mounting is favored for this year’s bike. We guess, out with the old and in with the new?
