Saw the ad of vespa LX150 in sgbikemart, call xavier to check details. Very patient and humble guy, furnish all desired info. Went down for viewing, condition was good but when some minor scratches.
Price was reasonably cheap relatively to its category. Love at 1st sight and bought the bike with a small nego in price. Not a very significant discount given the low initial quoted price.
Service was fast, collected bike the next day.
No complaints but just 1 setback, just 1 month warranty. Xavier seems confidence that the bike will not give me any issues in the near future and was pretty convincing, so.. hope that my new toy does not give me any problem!

Back here to buy my new bike after 14 years. My first bike was purchased here and I decided to return here for my new purchase. Xavier who has now taken over the role from his father who handled my purchase years ago is very helpful and responsive to all my inquiries.
I did go around to some bike shops at Serangoon Road to do some comparison but made my final choice with Ban Hong still. Attractive price and excellent service!

I was amazed by the incredible sales service from Xavier with regards to the bike i purchase from Ban Hon Brothers Pte Ltd! No hidden cost , agreement fees or whatsoever extra was introduced during the process.. Agreement sign at 1250 , and I was able to get the bike by 5pm! Full service was done by their workshop as promise unlike other bike shop who said so! If this is not good , then there wouldn't be any good in spore! 100% satisfied with their service !

MP3 Bought!
Was looking for a MP3 in the market and had my fair share of dealer and direct owner experience when looking for one. Came to Ban Hon Bros and saw a good condition MP3. I was impressed by the honesty and sales service delivered by the staff (Xavier, Ah San & Wendy). Put it simply, I felt comfortable enough to make a decision to purchase in less than an hour. Putting that in context, I walked away from good bikes before due to the dealers.
I am happy to say that I am willing to make Ban Hon my one stop shop as trust in this industry is hard to come by.

I went hunting for a 2b bike right after I passed by TP three weeks ago. Right after I passed, there was no bikes that was within the price range that I was looking for. Alas I saw one FZ that was just within the price range and I immediately called up the shop to arrang efor a viewing the next day. The lady attending the counter and the sales person were very friendly and super patient with my enquiries. To my pleasant experience, not only they attended to my enquiries, they also informed me things even those that I missed out to ask on. Even the mechanic is super friendly and addresses my concerns.
All in all, it was a good and positive experience all the way from the time I stepped in to the moment I left the workshop with my the bike. I recommend all the prospective buyers out there.

Excellent Service Received For Used Bike Purchase
I chanced upon a used bike that I was eyeing for sale at Ban Hon Bros (Agencies) Pte Ltd and went down to take a look. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I felt comfortable - staff of the shop, from the admin (Wendy), sales (Xavier) and the boss, were friendly and professional.
As I have not purchased or ridden a bike for some time, Wendy was very patient in explaining admin matters (choice of insurers, pros and cons of insurance policies, COE, road tax…etc) to me.
When I viewed the bike in question, Xavier spent a lot of time and was also very patient in running through everything about the bike with me. From technical details to the history of the bike, everything about the bike was explained to me.
The bike was in great condition and as the previous reviewer said, there are no hidden costs and/or terms & conditions - the transaction was very honest and transparent.
What was most excellent was the after sales service - even after I have made my purchase and was waiting to collect my bike, Xavier would always answer any queries that I may still have via SMS/Whatsapp. When I wanted to install a Leo Vince pipe on the bike, Xavier sent me a picture of the pipe before installation and even a video of the bike after installation of the pipe.
Everything that I asked for regarding the bike would be provided to me, if possible, no questions asked.
All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and overall experience with Ban Hon Bros as the service I received was excellent. If you are looking for a bike, look for Xavier - this shop is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed.
